Tigerlily Perfumery offers shipping to the United States through USPS, UPS and FedEx. We ship orders 2-3 times a week, major holidays excluded. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us at info@tigerlilyperfumery.com

*Ship times vary. All products ship from California, shipments can take up to 7 business days to the East Coast.

 

Returns

We do not accept opened product for returns, excepting special cases. Any issues that you may have with your order will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We offer exchange or store credit for returns. Samples are designed to help customers evaluate scents that they might want to later purchase as a full bottle. Samples are non-refundable.

Complimentary Samples

We provide complimentary samples with a full product purchase. You can expect at least 3 samples with any qualifying order. If there are specific scents you'll like to try, please let us know by replying to your order confirmation email. We'll try to provide the scents you've requested, but substitutions may occur.
