*Ship times vary. All products ship from California, shipments can take up to 7 business days to the East Coast.
We do not accept opened product for returns, excepting special cases. Any issues that you may have with your order will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We offer exchange or store credit for returns.

Samples are designed to help customers evaluate scents they might want to later purchase as a full bottle. You may order as many unique samples as you like, limited to one of each scent per order. Samples are non-refundable.
We provide complimentary samples with a full product purchase. You can expect at least 3 samples with any qualifying order. If there are specific scents you'll like to try, please let us know by replying to your order confirmation email. We'll try to provide the scents you've requested, but substitutions may occur.
