Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have an item you would like to return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Returns must be made within 30 days of confirmed delivery; return shipping is paid for by the customer. Refunds will be paid upon receipt of the returned product. Please allow 3-5 business days thereafter for it to be posted to the credit card or PayPal account you originally used.W
Samples are designed to help you evaluate scents you might want to later purchase as a full bottle. You may order as many unique samples as you like, limited to one of each scent per order. Samples are non-refundable.
We provide complimentary samples with a full product purchase. You can expect at least 3 samples with any qualifying order. If there are specific scents you'll like to try, please let us know in your order comments or by replying to your order confirmation email. We'll try to provide the scents you've requested, but substitutions may occur.
