We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We will not provide replacements or refunds for lost or stolen packages. If you have a risk-prone address, we recommend you send to a safer locale.
First-time orders $125+ and all orders $200+ will be shipped with signature confirmation to ensure safe delivery. Customers may request "no signature confirmation" in the Order Note section of the Shopping Cart page, at their own risk. If the item is stolen after tracked delivery, the order cannot be refunded or replaced.
We cannot file claims for orders that have been designated as "delivered" by UPS or USPS. We can file claims for orders that have be designated as "lost in transit" by UPS or USPS.

Returns
We do not accept returns of perfumes, simply because perfumes can't be resold once they've been opened and used. We encourage you to order samples before purchasing full bottles of perfume. And here's the good news — with every sample purchased, we'll send you a coupon code that allows you to redeem the cost of the sample and sample shipping if you buy a full bottle of the fragrance you tried (in other words, you get $10 off).

Sample Orders
Samples are designed to help you evaluate scents you might want to later purchase as a full bottle. You may order one sample per fragrance, up to 15 total in a single order. Samples are non-refundable.
For sample orders, please check your packing slip for a special code that will allow you to redeem the price of samples and sample shipping when purchase full bottles of the scents you sample ($10 off full bottles).
Complimentary Samples
We provide complimentary samples with $75+ full bottle purchases. You may request up to 3 samples with any qualifying order. Please use the Order Note section on the Shopping Cart overlay to let us know which complimentary samples you would like. We'll try to provide the scents you've requested, but substitutions may occur if items are out of stock.
I initially bought this because I was born in '99 and thought it would be a funny little inside joke for myself. And now I'm quite glad I did. It starts out woody and smoky, but gradually gets sweeter as it dries down. By the end of the day, the vanilla and spice come to the forefront, conjuring up the cozy image of being wrapped in a warm blanket inside a cabin. It's a comforting scent that's perfect for winter.
Based on what I’ve heard I was expecting a sweet vanilla amber scent with a bit of woody smokiness. Upon spraying this I realized it was nothing of the sort… Every other note in this fragrance is overwhelmed by the smell of clove. Not a pretty clove, like rubbery clove cigarettes smoldering in a pot of burnt sugar. Probably one of the most nauseating things I’ve ever smelled. My roommate said it smelled like someone made a gingerbread house and let it rot on the counter…
This is a great scent, it's cozy, sweet, smoky, and seductive. I get mostly smoky vanilla and molasses with a bit of wood and nutmeg to round it out. It's pretty syrupy and once it fades throughout the day it starts to smell like a maple donut. This smells like what molasses looks like. Very comforting and nostalgic for Christmastime.
So good! I love the way it smells on my boyfriend. Invokes the feeling of camping in the snow and roasting marshmallows at a campfire while the scent of fresh pine creates an ambient background. Romantic and cozy.
This scent is very well rounded, with sweet notes of vanilla and molasses balancing out the drier spicy notes of spice and wood. Very comforting, it reminds me of going to my grandma’s house and looking through old photos and books, rummaging through boxes, including the one with the Christmas decorations. Winter of 99 smells like those handmade ornaments made out of cinnamon and cloves.
